Deeply relaxing sound healing session which will also invigorate the soul!  We will begin with breath awareness and intention.  Then, all you have to do is relax and receive the vibrations of ancient gongs which will help to drop you into a deep meditative state with ease. Singing bowls will help to shift blocked or stale energy through the body with their pure notes and elevating frequencies. This sound journey will also include ocean drums, rainstick, Koshi bells, wind wands and so much more. Relax and raise your vibration with this inspired collaboration!
